Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. 1. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of booking or service provided, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods as available on our site. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. 2. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Show Policy: To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, please review our cancellation and refund policy below: - Tennis Tots lessons and Packages: No refunds. - All other lessons: Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the lesson will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full lesson fee. If lessons are canceled by Strive is Life Performance (due to weather, facility issues, or coach unavailability), we will reschedule or issue a full refund.
